Its a downloader, that triggers the accept of a PUEL license, and it is in

bzr 2.7.0+bzr6622-17 tried to fix the testsuite, but removing the python
package broke bzr-* reverse-dependencies test

A lot of stuff from Debian is bd-uninstallable because of the missing
epoch on the Ubuntu package.
e.g. lua-lxc, and general packages using liblxc1 at runtime (python3-lxc
and something else).
I think bumping epoch (whilst bad in general), would be a big improvement in

I share my debug on the arm64 issue.
1) deal.ii fails to use ld=GOLD on Ubuntu, while it succeeds in Debian,
so the arm64 link failure is just a problem hidden in Debian because
gold is correctly used.

I see 5.1.38 is only available in xenial (and trusty/precise have previous
releases, not sure if they are affected too)
Bionic has a shiny 5.2.32 that should be fixed (it is really a recent
release)
