My laptop with Xfce 4.16 on Xubuntu 21.04.
I've rebuild xfce4-settings without the support to upower-glib and now
the bug disappear.
On xfce4-settings 4.15.3 the upower-glib is disabled by
Evolution 3.22 in Yakkety, same problem, missing some strings of the
italian translation, upstream is complete:
