compiling) and grouping of windows is a pain in the a**! Please undo

The reason is that clang uses /usr/bin/ld which is a link to /usr/bin/ld.bfd
instead of /usr/bin/ld.gold.

Download the deb packages from #2, reboot your old kernel, install new packages

I think update-initramfs forgets to include ls
/lib/firmware/dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw although
lsmod shows dvb_usb_dib0700 and the .firmware field in that module includes

2. Compile it: cd to packge; ./config shared; make
3. Move package to the right place: cd /usr/lib/i686/cmov; mv libssl.0.9.8

I had a similar problem:
Adding a Google Calendar to evolution makes my system hang
when clicking the clock in the gnome panel.
After killing bonobo and removing the calendar everything works again.
It seems to me that the google calendar in evolution is flaky.

When trying to run evolution the whole desktop hangs.
Opening the calendar by clicking on the date/clock in the panel freezes, too.

CONFIG_MAGIC_SYSRQ in Ubuntu is enabled.
But pressing Alt-Sysrq-F to invoke the oom killer also opens the Gnome
Screenshot Dialog which uses Alt-Sysrq.

The info file should be integrated better into the info system.
For example 'man seq' tells me to do a 'info seq' but 'info seq' opens the
manpage again.
I have to find out the package (coreutils) and do a 'info coreutils' and 'm
seq' to open the info page.
I think it should be easy to add a
Ping!

When I plug in my headphone I can't use the gnome mixer applet to change volume.
Of course I could add a second applet for the headphone but the thing is I want
the master
to be the master. :)

I installed ardour2 on my Dell Inspiron 2200.
Everything works so far except looping (repeat first three seconds infinitely).
I guess thats play loop range. When clicked the window is colored green,
the region is played but then it stops.
