I am also having problems booting the openvz kernel. My config is a fairly old Medion laptop, Pentium 4, 512 MB. Kernel version is 2.6.24-15-openvz Because I cant cut/paste from a non-booting system, I made a picture of the screen and attached it. These message are coming about every 10 seconds.
