I have attached Aport information for this bug and marked it as
confirmed. Please try to fix it. Suggested workaround with
decoration_match=!(state=mavert state=maxhorz) does not work for me,
every Wine window appears with second title title bar when maximized.

Don`t you think that hardcoding name of another application in binaries
is very bad programming style? I think options like blacklist should be
placed in configuration files. Users shold be able to make a choise to
use globalmenu or not. Besides, Eclipse is IDE for programmers, they
actually know

An issue with the disappearance of icon is very often, it`s very
annoying! Only unity --replace helps, but not always. Please, fix this

Precise window titles sometimes disappear after you run wine
applications.
I have just checked, how icons of Wine apps are displayed in KDE
taskbar. I added icon to desktop and started program. In taskbar appears
correct icon of application, not default Wine glass icon. After that I
tried to repeat this action in Gnome 3 shell: icon is wrong.
So I think this issue is
Vincent Povirk (madewokherd), I think the problem is in Unity, or in
Gnome environment, but not in Wine. In KDE Wine applications were
properly matched.

I saw that fix to libwnck was released, but how to solve this problem?
Every Wine window is shown with wine default icon on unity launcher, bot
not native application icon in 11.10.
In addition, duplicate window titlebar appears under Unity panel when
window is maximized.

Rocko, you are right, I should install this package. Now there is
another problem:

configure: error: GCONF: condition gconf-2.0 = 2.8.0 not satisfied
Package gconf-2.0 is installed, but uses GObject introspection, so it`s
called gir1.2-gconf-2.0. How to tell configure
I can`t build it from source:
./configure --with-gtk=3
causes error:
checking for GTK3... yes
checking for UNIQUE... no
warning: UNIQUE: condition unique-3.0 not satisfied
configure: error: unable to build against Gtk+-3.0 library

Canonical team for some reason likes blacklists or whitelists :). I
think, it`s very strange idea to place blacklist hardcoded in binary
file. At least developers should move such things to configuration
system e.g. dconf.

How to rebuild appmenu-gtk from source? I downloaded source package from
LP, unpacked it, remover Eclipse from blacklist, but I can`t configure
it:

The same problem. Bug appears in the following apps: Opera browser,
LibreOffice Calc, some Wine programs, Kopete. To see it (in Opera) just
select text of any link in page and drag it. Unity dock appears and does
not hide after releasing mouse button. The only way to hide dock is
closing
