OK, I think I have narrowed it down. It seems that the problem exists in v3.3.8-quantal while it is fixed in v3.4-rc1-precise and v3.4-precise. So I think any commit that fixed it should have been bewteen these two versions. Even in the fixed kernels there are some messages(warnings/errors) in
