At the stage for setting up partitions, I chose Guided -- use entire
disk with encrypted LVM. Then it did show the partition scheme for me
and I chose Continue. But after that, it was supposed to show up with
a encryption passphrase entry window. Instead, it went back to the

No Kernel Modules were found
We have decided not to fix this bug because:
1. It is rather trivial, and only appears at installation stage for the
disk setup (doesn't even appear in the manual-partitioning screen)
2. The fix for this has been a little bit big, with a whole new rewrite
of ubuntustudio-icon-theme in newer
