I agree with Gunnar Hjalmarsson, if a user changes the language in GDM,
it should only change the interface language(set LANGUAGE, LC_MESSAGE
variable), not ALL locale seetings.
As a Taiwan user, the default display language after Ubuntu installed is
Traditional Chinese, but I prefer my interface
Tested xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.9.0-1ubuntu2.2 in PPA with linux-
image-2.6.31-22-generic-pae (included patch), and it works.
