Title:
Fails
Yes I can open a guest session(was disabled so I didn't tried that before).
Yes, I use the buid-in ecryptfs for my home directory.
In addition I found some:
Mar 2 14:55:04 caput sudo: pam_ecryptfs: pam_sm_authenticate: /home/hub is
already mounted
Mar 2 14:55:04 caput gnome-session[8194]:
Sebastien, yes it does. After login it throws me back to console and I
can see startup output for a sec. Sorry for not pointing that out clear
enough. Yes, I have been using unity-3d before. But I tried all unity2d,
gnome, deleted the .dmrc and so forth.
Maybe its specific to my user profile. I
Both new created users have no problem, so must be something specific to
my user profile.

Public bug reported:
Updated the system through update manager from kernel 2.6.38-11 and
couldn't boot into the new kernel (kernel panic, unable to mount root
fs). That was because there is no initrd.img-2.6.38-12-generic-pae image
in the /boot folder.
