In my opinion this is a regression - it used to work, but since update
1:8.04+20090105.1 the localization is broken. The program is still not
localized in version 1:8.04+20100117.1 (I can confirm this for the
German language pack); as Hardy is still in LTS this should probably be
fixed.

When upgrading to Edgy my SB Audigy 2 ZS (SB0350) made no sound any more. The
reason: The Audigy Analog/Digital Output Jack option was muted / not checked.
Entering audigy analog/digital output jack in Google seems to indicate that a

My TV card using the cx88_alsa driver takes ALSA index 0, moving my
sound card to index 1, which causes a lot of progams to fail.
Request: Add the line

to the blacklist in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.
