Yes, that's exactly what I want. Surprisingly, when I did (TY
Fabounet), cairo-dock -c, I got the same poor looking icons; however,
when using -A and answered 'No', the icons are back to their great
looking and sharp icons.
Both commands were done in terminal, but the GUI result worked v. the
No worries, I understand the 'invalid' result.

After recent update, animations began working properly; however, now the
resolution of the docks (mouse over, static, background) are VERY low.
Looks terrible. All icons are working, no issue. Cairo restart
ineffective. Logout ineffective.

I had to go back to the basics (like forgetting to plug-in a USB cable).
chmod 644 image.file. I noticed all files copied from an NTFS
partitions, the default permissions were 600. The group and others
need to be able to read the file before using it.
