Dolphin and Konqueror seem to open the same file sharing dialog. Do you

xpdf seems to use the standard settings of the default printer. A
workaround is to change these settings temporarily, send the print
command and then change the settings back. Works for me, but having this
bug fixed would be much, much better!

texlive-pstricks also needs a dependency to texlive-extra-utils, because
the auto-pst-pdf latex package from texlive-pstricks needs pdfcrop from
texlive-extra-utils. It took me some time to realise that auto-pst-pdf
needs that script, because there's absolutely no error message...
