Public bug reported: Ubuntu 16.04 on virtualbox 5.0.20. VirtualBoxAddition is installed. The issue happens on both out-of-box 4.4.0 kernel and the later- installed 4.4.11 kernel. 100% re-producible. The same issue applies to both virtual hard drive (/dev/sdb) and file-base block device
