Please update the package to Wireshark 4.2.3.
** Affects: wireshark (Ubuntu)

Public bug reported:
Apache 2 doesn't start anymore after the update of libdbd-mysql-perl
from 4.050-3 to 1:4.050-3.focal.
DBD::mysql is being used in startup.perl.
Strangely starting Apache with the new version does not produce any
error in the error_log. Apache just doesn't start. Downgrading
This bug is still present in Ubuntu 20.04, 6 years after I submit a
patch. Wow!

Setting the environment variable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen also disables the
GTK menu and fixed the issue for me without uninstalling libreoffice-
gtk.
Using LibreOffice 6.2.6.2 on Ubuntu 16.04.
The menu is ugly now, but not duplicated.

I think the pinger is an optional component in Squid.
As a workaround it might help to set "pinger_enable off" in
/etc/squid3/squid.conf.

brcupsconfig3 is crashing because it uses a very small buffer when
anaylsing the command line parameters and it doesn't check the size of
the command line it copies into this buffer.
The attached patch makes the buffer larger and makes sure it doesn't
copy more bytes than the buffer can hold.
This issue is due to a bug in PTLib. PTLib 2.10.1, PTLib 2.10.6 or PTLib 2.10.7
are OK.
PTLib 2.10.4 is broken.
