Up to 5.15.0-117-generic (package 5.15.0-117.127), I could reliably
suspend and restart my computer. Now with package 5.15.0-119.129, I
cannot suspend.
I get this error:

I do not believe this is a NetworkManager issue.
My interfaces file says:
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
and my /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf says:

plugins=ifupdown,keyfile
dns=dnsmasq
[ifupdown]
managed=false
However I still have this exact same issue as reported above: aft
I have installed it and asked our team to let me know if they see any
issues. Last time we didn't notice the regressions for several days
after the update, so I recommend you give it some time before
considering it stable.

proxy. The proxy runs mod_proxy and uses SSL between the SVN client and the
proxy (does not use SSL between the proxy and the actual SVN server) on ubuntu
12.04 LTS 64-bit.

I made a fresh install of dapper in vmware, with /home on a separate
partition. I was unable to reproduce the bug.
Then I moved the user's home directory into /, umounted /home and then
moved the user's home dir into /home (i.e. not as a separate partition
