I am not sure if this bug happens with 4.2.0-25-generic kernel, so I
will wait until I'm sure that it is happening to open a new bug.
I will report a new bug if I reproduce the problem with this kernel. For
the moment I have not time to test this bug in this computer.

On my system this bug is solved. I did not experiment disconnections to
the network on the last hour (running 4.2.0-25-generic)
I lost some packages, but I suspect it is my router / the possition of
the usb is not optimal

I'm testing with 4.4.0-040400-generic kernel (i386) , but I'm not the
user of this computer, so I have to wait to their users to confirm if
4.4.0-040400-generic fix the problem.
I didn't test the bug with 4.2.0-18, but it happened with 4.2.0-17.
I hope to return in a week more or less and tag

mmm, now I'm running xserver-video-intel-2.4 from siretart ppa, and it
is working fine with 2.6.31 kernel (no more 99% cpu usage).
