Public bug reported: Ubuntu 12.04-2 LTS
The system is attached to a server which provide IPv6 and the addresses shall be assigned by the dhcpv6 server The addresses the if get are always the address confirmed by the dhcpv6 server, a temporary address and finally a SLAAC address. I expect only the dhcpv6 assigned address. Setting net.ipv6.conf.*.tmpaddr to 0 don't help, the network manager set this again to 2 for the concerned interface. ** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1118276 Title: wrong IPv6 addresse To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/1118276/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
