Confirm that this bug happen to me too. I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS and
install new Kernel with command
sudo apt-get install -y linux-generic-lts-wily linux-tools-virtual-lts-
wily linux-cloud-tools-virtual-lts-wily hv-kvp-daemon-init
Then reboot to get new Kernel 4.2.0-18-generic then
I'm also got this problem this morning too
$ sudo aptitude install libglib2.0-0:i386
The following NEW packages will be installed:

0 packages upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 1,164 kB of archives. After unpacking
I'm go trying to install libglib2.0-0 with version 2.42.2-0ubuntu1
manually. When I'm trying to find a package I see that no version build
for amd64 yet while the others already built
