The installation process correctly selects my timezone and displays it
on the timezone map, however, the city selected in the Time Zone text
box is incorrect and not actually in the region defined by the timezone.

In the Where are you? screen, the timezone for my location is
correctly selected (GMT +10). However, the city listed in the Time Zone
text box is Adelaide Time, which is in the GMT +9 ½ timezone. The
testcase result should be The timezone and city displayed match your
timezone and the main city
