Public bug reported: Message appeared about three times during the installation. Seemed to be related to inability to install a library having to do with python. This was in the process of upgrading from Ubuntu 11.10 Desktop (on a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop) to Ubuntu 12.04, late beta

I forced Update Manager to check for new updates on a daily basis. In each case, the Branding package would fail to install while the other updates seemed to install ok. After about two iterations of this, the branding package seemed to install ok. That lasted a couple of days, but just started
