it seems to be sites that use a lot of ajax/javascript that cause the
CPU to hit the roof. if you have the same problem as me, going here
http://www.raizlabs.com/blog/?p=210 and dragging the red box will bring
your machine to its knees.

it seems to be sites heavy in ajax/javascript content. quick example:

this is still an issue in 7.10.
