libqt5scintillaplugin.so library is not in bionic
To manage
I've installed package libqscintilla2-qt5-designer and later I did make
a link
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/qt5/plugins/designer/libqscintillaplugin.so
/usr/lib/libqt5scintilla2.so
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libqt5scintilla2.so
/usr/lib/libqt5scintilla2.so.12
It works for me.

artful but it is not in bionic.

I'm using network-manager-l2tp-gnome to connect to VPN, my VPN provider
is using a "group name" different to "default" group name for L2TP+IPSEC
connection, and "gateway id" isn't necessary. In this new interface,
"group name" field isn't available to configure.
