If a window is dragged to a display smaller than it to be maximised it
will maximise on the larger display instead. This is best explained by
the attached images. Follow theses images as steps to replicate this
bug.

Binary package hint: docky
If a dock is placed on the top of the screen and the indicator is accessed in
the panel to use volume controls etc. the dock goes underneath the panel.
The dock should always be on top of the panel. Please see the screenshot of the
problem.
