I too have experienced this error. SDD is working fine but I'm worried
with this odd message.
Dmesg:
ata5: drained 512 bytes to clear DRQ
[7.955932] ata5.01: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x6 frozen
[7.955998] ata5.01: failed command: SMART
[7.956059] ata5.01: cmd
It discovered that it was not a fresh install. Software were installed
already without apt-get.
But apt could verify that somehow.

sudo dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq libreoffice-base
sudo apt-get
I got the same error but when I got a deadlock trying to uninstall and
install it again.
I´ve tried already:
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get -f remove libreoffice
sudo apt-get -f remove libreoffice-report-builder
and I got the same error.
Could you provide a step-by-step commands to
Sound Juicer 2.28.1 in Ubuntu 10.1 still have this bug.
Manual solution: fill all song titles and cd fields info and it will not
break.

After 2 or 3 reboots, the network is working again. It seem that the error is
randomic.
This is a running network lspci -vvv log:

Just a hint: I got this error when I try to install eclipse on a fat32
partition.
On the same installation, when I reinstall Eclipse on ext3 partition, it
worked like a charm.

repository.
On that way, you must install Eclipse Updates as a root user. Did you
run the Install/Update as a Eclipse 'sudo' user ?
