I found the problem started with the upgrade of java.
I found a post in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1101374
From the #7 I changed to my actual configuration.
I did executed the command
gedit ~/.profile
And apended this line, based on my actual jvm folders:
export
It only appeared after updating the system. The JVM was lost. But
other JVM dependent software is running normally, for that reason I
thought it could be a bug.

Yes I changed from UbuntuGis ppa to yours, because your one have the newest
version of SAGA.
I followed the instructions you sent and now there are more modules in my
SAGA Gis. Only that I did not new were are located the modules folder.

I have the same problem in two DELL laptops. One with nvidia graphics
adaptor and other intel:

I suggest to change the importance flag to some value and assign to some one
in order to solve this problem. It takes time to log out and in again in order
to start the system normally. This problem is starting to disturb me and I am
looking now for some ubuntu replacement.
