Public bug reported: I was installing Ubuntu on my laptop alongside an already installed Windows 10. I selected the advanced partitioning option in the ubuntu installer. After configuring a 1G ext4 /boot and a ~128G btrfs root partition (both with adequate room,) the installer crashed.
1. Ubuntu live cd 16.10 2. Ubiquity 16.10.14 500 3. I clicked continue, expecting the installer to continue. 4. Instead of continuing, the installer crashed, and a pop-up took me to this bug report center.
