I just upgraded from 16.04 desktop to 16.10 and the file
/etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf was not created so
my wired network did not work.
Creating the file fixed this issue.

scipy depends on python-six and python-decorator so it should have also been
present in /usr/lib/python-2.7/dist-packages/ and found.
Are these files present on your system?
I cannot reproduce the issue even when I put a six into /usr/local
note newer versions of the scipy package only symlink
with current linux git master you also need this so libunwind is

my fan is not particularly good so I'm not surprised the idle
temperature is a little higher than normal, in summer (~30°C room temp)
idle its about 45° and under full cpu load it goes up to 62°. Possibly a
bit too hot but it running perfectly fine since several years.
