First, I should mention that the driver in general works very well and I
have not encountered other problems with it.
I noticed however that vulkaninfo (from vulkan-tools) is not able to
run. I think it is either related to Wayland or my prime configuration.

The test kernel (accidentally) disabled pcieport driver, and made the issue
went away.
Two things happened:
1) The rootport stays at D0
2) PME service isn't enabled

The issue is actually harmless, so replace the WARN macro with dbg
macro.
