System Hanged and Freeze

Normally I was experienced system hanged (sometime is freeze) more than 10
times because I opened up to 10 tabs in google-chrome.
But now I think this problem came from kernel because I was reduced my
applications usage but sometime is still hang or freeze.
Ubuntu booted
It not a bug just lspci cannot tell exect one (ID in my devices is exect for
many devices so lspci need to tell other devices).
SO this is INVAILD.
If can delete please cancel this bug report.

First, I tried go to Console 1 (tty1) and tried to use (Alt+Fn+PrntScr+f) to
kill Out of memory applications.
It it displayed that OOM-Killer was killed chrome. But chrome did't make system
hang anyway (because I use google-chrome 2 minutes with not more than 2 tabs).
For me, vblank_mode=1 is not use for enable V-Sync
vblank_mode=3 is use for enable V-Sync

Now I upgrade from Ubuntu 13.10 to 14.04 LTS Now. So I get Cheese
3.10.2-0ubuntu2
And Cheese 3.10.2-0ubuntu2 for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS it no problems
And now, I know that no support for ubuntu 13.10, so I did't think about

I used Unity Tweak Tools to settings and Some System Setting there not works

Like I set to disable touch to click but can touch for click, I re
enable-disable again but not work correctly.
I delete all files about unity, compiz, then system be normal

Because we need to delete files that will have other files replace.
After that the some files will replace correctly.
