Ubiquity takes forever to continue from Prepare to install Ubuntu
screen.

When I try to install Ubuntu from the daily Precise iso, after I select
Continue on the Prepare to install Ubuntu screen (regardless of how i
set the check boxes) the installer hangs for 10-15 minutes before it
continues.

When running from Precise (2019) I can confirm the same behavior, but in
addition to that, when I check the man-pages of ubiquity, there is no -b option
at all. Is there now _no way_ at all to not install a boot loader from the
ubiquity program? This can't really be the intention?!
