[Bug 364707] [NEW] Firefox won't resize/seizes entire desktop, no controls.

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.0 Upon opening Firefox web browser my desktop panels are hidden behind browser. There is no --[]X on top right of browser, and the only way to do anything else is to quit Firefox completely, and the only way to access the quit option is through
