Serge, haven't tried to reproduce it on 14.10.
I'll post in as I have any updates on this matter.

Steps to reproduce:
(on Host-1)
1. Create VM with next configuration: http://pastebin.com/bsfG5tFZ
2. Setup CentOS 6.5
3. Create snapshot of running VM using next
