sudo rmmod ehci_hcd worked very well but must repeat every reboot.
So I will attach documents for your reference.
When I do the command lsusb -v,recognized USB-HDD and filemanager opend.

After updating kernel 2.6.24-19 to 2.6.24-21 my Ubuntu 8.04.1(jp) do not
