Using Ubuntu 10.10 from an external harddrive. Was trying to install a
proprietary driver for my wireless card.

Well, this bug happened 6 months ago. I'm not any more on the beta version of
10.10 and now on a new kernel and i guess new version of nspluginwrapper.
I guess i can't reproduce the bug and not much of what happened is still in the

I used to have this bug. Now with a clean install of 10.10 beta
(2.6.35-20-generic kernel) i don't have this bug anymore. Before
upgrading to Maverick, i managed to overcome this bug by switching off
the 802.11n and kept only b/g. After the upgrade, i could use again the
802.11n and surf fast.

Here's the valgrind. I tried to reproduce the steps as closely as i
could remember how the bug happened. Some important steps might differ.
No bug occured.
