In this case, SRU is not "to be considered", it is imperative. Every
day, cron daily jobs sends notifications for this bug. With lot of
servers to administer, it's mailbox flooding...

Since the Raring upgrade it is no more possible to use tortoisehg to
change hg settings. The GUI is opened in readonly mode after displaying
an error message:
$ thg userconfig
Please install http://code.google.com/p/iniparse/
$ lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu 13.04
Installing the python-iniparse package from the repository solves the
problem.
It is just a missing dependency in the packaging.

Same thing for me. After Lucid upgrade: No mouse, no keyboard anymore

In the past Lynx was a browser for blind people.
Now I have Lucid Lynx, an OS for blind and handless people.
Tommy's trick worked well for me.

I have the same problem with a fresh an up to date Hardy installation.
With the network manager, the wpa pass phrase is not recognized when it
includes special characters (French é in this case).
