Public bug reported:

I am using Kino 1.3.4-1.3 on 12.04 LTS (Precise), and I've noticed some
strange behavior while working with a device that outputs 32k audio DV
under certain situations (specifically, a Sony DCR-TRV730 Digital
Handycam playing a Hi8 analog tape through its internal DV box). The
video in Kino's capture mode will look fine, but the audio plays back at
what is obviously the wrong sample rate, as the voices on the tape sound
like chipmunks. Also, if I attempt to export the project to QuickTime DV
(FFMPEG) through the Export option, the resulting QuickTime DV file has
no audio. The raw DV stream from the camera (captureXX.dv) plays back
properly if played in another application, such as Movie Player.

Kino is working properly on another project that uses raw DV streams off
of Digital8 tapes, with 48k audio.
