This week upgraded to Yakkety Yak (16.10). Problem still not(!) solved, I am
very disappointed.

Today upgraded to Xenial Xerus (16.04). While waiting for a solution for this
issue, added
/run/udev/data/** r,
to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/libvirt-qemu
