I had the same problem. Now I found out that besides nothing is shown on
the screen when select the second monitor, it fixes when I press ctrl +
alt + F7.

I have the last desktopcouch 0.6.4-0ubuntu3 installed and it keeps

on my hp pavillon dv3 it doesnt work neither, it shows the battery as
100% but when I unplug the charger the computer just turn off, I have
dual boot with windows, and it works well on it!!!

ok ok ok... it is going to sound really weird... look what I did...
I was getting really bad fps on glxgears, around 150fps... I wasted all
day long trying to figure out how to fix it. I tried to install some new
driver... the intel 2.5 and the fps got even worst, around 70fps.
So I tried to

Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960. I just set up the backports and the new
driver was available.

I just installed the intel driver avaible on the backports repositories
and now looks everything is better. Before the update I got 370 FPS on
glxgears and now I'm getting something aroung 700FPS
