for advice. I have a X1C7, running KDE neon (based on LTS 18.04). Two
days ago the package libasound2 was updated, which I suspect broke sound
& mic on my system. I had it working before on kernel 5.3.0.40 with some

Only if this actually is the affected string. The one in your link, Hendrik,
was translated by me in November 2011, two months before Linux Mint 12 Lisa was
released which should therefore already contain this translation.
Correct me if I'm wrong, as I don't know how this usually is done.
