I believe it happens when stacking gets broken in compiz (bug 845719) but have

Well, rest assured that I didn't install them manually so they've must
been installed with the package somewhere along the road (I haven't done
a clean install since Maverick). Reinstalling the plymouth package
doesn't however restore this symlink so I'm almost sure that it happened

Also after lightdm crash or stop all you're left with is this white fading
splash screen. There is no way to access the console.
"update-rc.d plymouth-splash remove -f" fixes this but I seriously doubt this
should be the way to do it.

Well it seems that nautilus wrongly assumes that every linux ext partition must
be ext3/4. I'm not sure how exactly it assesses the partition type but it seems
buggy in this case. I was also able to confirm it on my system.

mounted as "/media/New Volume" and put it after "cfdisk -P s" command. You may

Are you sure you're using the right units? I mean are you sure it's 4MB/s and
not 4Mb/s? gnome-system-monitor uses KB/s so 500KB/s = 4000Kb/s so pretty
close to 4Mb/s...
If you're sure you used the right units please provide more info about your
hardware ( lspci -vv ) and also please run:

Seems to me it's a bug in nautilus rather than in ubuntuone-client.
There is also a similar bug filled (#725165) and it seems to be caused
by the same method so I'm marking this ad Invalid. Please feel free to
