Binary package hint: konqueror
Running Kubuntu Feisty.
With Konqueror open as a file manager, pressing Ctrl + N opens a new file
manager window. Unfortunately the new window is missing the Location Toolbar,
the Location menu and the Bookmarks menu. Also, the menu items
