Release:                XUbuntu 12.04 LTS
Package:                Sorry I do not know which package contains the window 
manager.
Repro:                    1. Launch dconf-editor
                                 2. Navigate though 
org->gnome->desktop->wm->preferences.
                                 3. Set mouse-buttom-modifier from '<Alt>' to 
'<Super>' or '<Ctrl>' or even left empty.
                                 4. Close dconf-editor and terminal (and even 
reboot)

What I expect:       The Alt+Mouse buttom event will be passed to the 
applicaction which has the focus.
What is happen:    Using Alt+mouse left buttom has still the ''move window'' 
effect making impossible to use other
                                 applications capabilites : ((( (Sorry for my 
english)
