Fix confirmed. For the default gnumeric package no plugins are loaded
(in contrast to the gnumeric-gtk package). Enabling the plugins fixes
the issue.

Please find attached the test spreadsheet and the screen shot of the
results on my system.
PS. I wanted to include the Help/About dialog in the screen shot, but
this also seems broken as it doesn't appear via Help/About in the menu.
