Public bug reported:
In using Software Updater, I attempted to upgrade from 14.04 LTS to
15.10 LTS (thought is should be upgrading to 16.04 LTS). Only unusual
software added is 'conky',

I was getting the error "grub-probe: error: not a directory" when
initiating the application 'Grub Customizer'.I am running Ubuntu
14.04LTS on an HP Mini 210 (Atom). After rebooting, I am no longer
getting the error and am able to make changes to the GRUB2
configuration.
