Public bug reported:
I'm running OOo 2.0.4~rc2-1ubuntu6 on amd64 (current edgy), and the
fonts on the menu look weird (or at least, different) compared to the
menus of Gnome applications.
** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu)
Importance: Untriaged
Status: Unconfirmed

It also happened on my amd64 today. I was trying to kill a crashed
firefox/objdump/java-vm (together eating 2GB of non-shared memory). When
that didn't work, I killed the apport process, and the kernel went mad.

Yes, that fixes it (but it also switches back to SSLv3 from TLSv1, AND
requires a server reconfiguration, which could be considered.. sub-
optimal)

Also, this used to work in Dapper.

The source references 3 firmware files, for 3 kinds of devices:
dvb-usb-dtt200u-01.fw
dvb-usb-wt220u-02.fw
dvb-usb-wt220u-zl0353-01.fw
However, only 2 that look like this are distributed:
dvb-usb-dtt200u-01.fw
dvb-usb-wt220u-01.fw
One of which doesn't even appear in the source (anymore?).
Dapper final works.
All edgy CD's I've tried have worked

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.17
A few days ago I saw a process 'apport' running on my system, eating
huge amounts of CPU and generally slowing down my system.
So I killed it.
But then I got this OOPS in ALL my open terminals (attaching)

That's good: imho ubiquity should have an option to configure the
network using PPPoE, along with options for DHCP, etc.
PPPoE is also quite easy to detect (there's a tool in the pppoeconf
package to do this, afaik)
