I tested other keyboard layout than Korean Hangul, and I found that all keyboard layout in SCIM has this bug, except some Latin alphabet based input system. So I expect this bug will block to use Kubuntu with dvorak layout toward many people worldwide. -- SCIM doesn't work rightly in KDE

To solve this bug, click right mouse button, and click Input Method and choose SCIM. So you can type in SCIM. But I think it is very serious bug, because every people who are using SCIM could be meet this problem. And maybe some of them could not found Input Method in Menu, to solve this problem.
