In my ubuntu 10.10 installation i can step through time (1, 25, 1500,
22500 frames) with mousewheel (without key, shift key, ctrl key, alt
key). In my ubuntu 12.04 installation the step width is 1500 frames (1
minute). No shift / crtl / alt accepted. So much of the excellent
usability of DVBcut is lost.
In my ubuntu 10.10 installation there is a file ~/.qt/dvbcut.sf.netrc where i
have configured a custom viewscalefactor. E.g. the mousewheel increments are
configurable there, too.
In my ubuntu 12.04 installation this directory + file doesn't exist.
Rem.: Still have to copy dvbcut_en.html manually to /usr/share/help/
after installation
