Picard does
When using the Shift Switcher plugin (with the Show Minimized option
activated), minimized windows occupy slots without showing anything which is
confusing.
This is definitely a bug to me.
Proposed solution: The thumbnail could be created when the window
becomes minimized and stored in cache.
I just discovered that if you activate the Text plugin, the emblem of the
program is shown instead of an empty slot for minimized windows.
This is better than nothing but really ugly as it shows a 64x64 icon magnified
to fill 60% of the screen.

Window Previews plugin - incorrect behavior
I just did a fresh install of Gutsy and logcheck is completely broken. How
could it be worse if the patch was applied?
Reading this bug report, it is not clear what needs to be done from an end-user
point of view between the patch coming from Debian and the comments from Ariel.
