So, my 15.04 does exactly the same thing when I
sudo shutdown now -r
Like I have for years, leaving me with a server I have to run to and manually
reboot.
However, after poking at the systemd docs I noticed it has its own
shutdown+reboot command
sudo systemctl reboot (or sudo systemctl shutdo
Quick note in case anyone queries why I edited the title+tags (although
its fairly obvious) - this is broken in both 32 and 64
