The Applications > Accessories > About Ubuntu link isn't provided by the

menu system if once ubuntu-docs is removed, the menu entry remains.

I think that Spanish time is currently GMT+2, because during the summer,
the local time shifts a further one hour ahead for daylight saving,
whereas GMT does not change.

This has led to quite a few crasher bugs as scrollkeeper (which is evil)
